I know that this is a long-shot, but I'm trying to recall the name of a restaurant in Brugge run by a lovely young woman. I think her name might have been Natalie? We visited on a very cold day in November, and I think that my brain was too frozen to remember the name. The tables had a book containing a story about how the restaurant opened. It was very small. The menu was simple, omelettes, salads, coffee, soup. Specials were written on little chalk-boards at each table. The coffee area and cash register were at the entrance. The walls were exposed brick. It was down a little side street. I've spent way too many hours looking for the name. My now-fiance proposed the same day that we visited this restaurant! Any suggestions by locals or those who visited would be greatly appreciated. I want the name so that I can return on our anniversary next year! Thanks so much!
