Can anybody give any advice on what would be a good hotel or a restaurant for a nice elegant wedding for approx. 100 people in Tirana? Also is there any good wedding agency that can help out with the organisation? I tried to find some website but no luck. Please help. Thank you!

Hello; I think the restaurant on top of Dajti Mt.would be a great place. It is rustic like but is very large and very nice. You can ride the cable car up there to have a look.
There is another very nice restaurant in Tirana that I can only tell you the name in English."Quiet Nature". It also is rustic like but like a castle....and very very nice. I can try to get the name in Albanian from our tour guide that we had in Tirana but it will take awhile as they do not always check email as she is a student at the University. Maybe someone else on the board will know the name. Our tour company took my husband and I there on our last evening in Tirana and it was so nice. Good luck.Gloria

I am looking at organizing my wedding this year in Tirana and i am in the middle of doing some research myself. So far, i can tell you taht you definitley want to check the Sheraton Hotel because their environment is so nice and elengant. You also might want to check several Villas that organize weddings in Tirana. These villas are very private, offer different packages and the service is great.

I would suggest that you check out "Tirana in your pocket" guide. I have added the link to the cream of the crop hotels. I have eaten at many of these places and have always been impressed. You can also look at some less expensive ideas on Tirana in your pocket. Usually the larger hotels have large rooms for weddings.
The weddings that I have seen at the Sheraton have been amazing!
