to all interested travellers who come to alexandria andwanr to visit the greek-roman museum, bad news, the museum is closed indefinitely for restoration, so cancel that from your itinerary.

Yes the traditional Graeco Roman Museum is closed for more than one year ahead. BUT the National Museum, and Biblitheca Alexandrina Musem are open and are attractive enough, besides to the other archaeological sites and attractions.
