In the night markets. There are stalls that sell all sorts of food that makes you wonder what they're made of. While there you might get to smell something nasty that reminds you of dog s__t, it might surprise you to know that it's from a dish made from soybean or tofu! Be warned however that almost few of these stalls have English signs to advertise what they're selling, so make sure to ask the vendor (if s/he speaks English) before buying.
