| Brisbane | Accommodation for 5 Adults in Brisbane CBD Posted: Tue January 8, 2008 12:19 PM UTC
Hi,
Im going to Brisbane/Surfers for 11 days in Feb. I will be staying 3 nights in Brisbane from Friday to Monday morning. I am looking for some cheaper accommodation for 5 adults, somewhere in the CBD, or nearby. I was hoping from some self contained apartments around the $200 p/n for the room mark, hopefuly less. Also, it would be good to get somewhere that is close to the night life, as we are hoping to party the weekend away :) Also, when it comes to car rentals which company would have the best pricing? I would like to pickup the car in Brissy and drop it off at Surfers. Thanks, Jack |

Try Flynn Apartments ( at Spring Hill, city fringe, opposite my office). It is a modern, 2br complex, 10 mins walk to the city.
Try able rent a car. We use them at work when necessary ( they are fairly cheap and handy to Spring Hill.)

As previously mentioned, try Abel Car Rentals. There website is www.abel.com.au
As for accomodation in Brisbane try Oaks. Most of the Oaks accomodation in Brisbane is situated smack bang in the middle of the City. They have about 4 or 5 hotels in Brisbane. Oaks are usually used for business people but I have stayed there on numerous occasions and found the apartments to be quite affordable. They are all self contained and usually range from one bedroom up to three. They are also close to the city night life. You can visit their website at www.theoaksgroup.com.au Check out competitive prices on www.wotif.com Other night life in Brisbane can also be found in the Fortitude Valley which is located right next to the Brisbane CBD. Hope this helps :)
