Hello, Beitou and Xin Beitou are swarming with hot spring places really. Think you just need to find one that you're comfortable with (pricing, ambience etc) and it shouldn't go too wrong.
If I'm not wrong, if you're a guest at the hot spring, you are entitled to these facilities at a cheaper price because of some package that they might offer...
