Weekend trip!

I'll be spending a weekend in Dusseldorf at the end of January and would like suggestions as to "delicious" places to eat.I've heard the restaraunt at the top of the TV Tower is expensive?Also,I'm travelling alone - any suggestions as to the nightlife - nothing seedy though!!Cheers.

Restaurant Akropolis (ImmermannStrabe 40) was friendly and cheap. Tower restaurant wasn't actually expensive at all.
