Hi can anyone tell me how much a taxi would cost to Luxor from Luxor airport. There will be 4 adults and luggage would we all get in 1 taxi, or would we have to get a mini bus type.

Go to the link below for my Luxor tip re taxi. Since there are 4 of you with luggages, you won't fit in 1 taxi even if it had a roof rack. You would have to get 2 cabs.

Hi Andy,
I use a cab 'cos it's faster than the transfer bus. I was over in December with 3 others. One cab is plenty as long as it has a roof rack. 40EL plus suitable baksheesh for lots of bags. Just step out of the terminal and shout TAXEEE and you will have one soon enough. Be careful though as the more people that help you with your bags the more baksheesh you will be expected to hand out. If you've got wheels on them take them to the taxi yourself. They are parked beyond the buses.
