why are you asking? You are staying at the beach, so if you can swim, you can go for a swim. If you want to snorkle, there isn't much to see unless you go by boat, plenty of day trips available.

Swimming in the sea in Sanur is probably the safest in Bali (one or two other places but too far away), so no worries. As Sybille says however the snorkelling there isn't up to anything, the water is shallow and not much to see.
