Im a 40 year old male travelling to Port Angeles City and was wondering what I should wear when i travel there in January. Im assuming its very casual. Short or Jeans and polo or T-shirts.

Those clothes will be okay unless you are going into some fancy bar with a dress code.
For the Casino you should have long pants and a shirt that buttons down the front. You do mean Angeles City in the Philippines? I just never recall ever seeing "Port" in front of Angeles City before.
