Is there now, or has there ever been, a Church of Saint Peter in Verona?

ST Peter is the Patron Saint of Verona but I don't believe there is a church bearing his name in the city
Look up Verona Churches on the VT Things to do tips - there are a great many!.

Well, well!
there is the church of San Pietro Incarnario (or In Carnarium, being a"carnarium" a common grave in middle ages, that was probably there) not far from the Church of St. Fermo The best renown church of St. Anastasia was once named "San Pietro Martire"... it was a church law man of middle gae, now patron of the lawyers of Verona, and not the most famous St. Peter. Where the actual Castel San Pietro is there was a church, destroyed by Napoleon 2 centuries ago.... And that's all, for what i know. San Pietro di Morubio is a rural village some 30 KM south of Verona... Ciao Francesco
