Hi! Please log on www.airasia.com

I know there's a direct flight from Bangkok to Phnom Penh with Air Asia (budget carrier) but there's no Bangkok to Siem Reap by Air Asia. I'm unsure about other airlines.
Phnom Penh is a nice place to explore. Deep dark history. You can take a bus from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap about 7 hours, less than USD $15. Have fun! A day in Angkor Wat is USD $20.

From Bangkok to Angkor Wat, Bangkok Airways, you can check their website for airfares or see a travel agent.

Bangkok Air has a monopoly on that sector, and expectedly the price is high. It costs about 4500 Baht one way for a 1 hour flight! There are many flights through the day, and you can book online on www.bangkokair.com

Hi! i recommend you!!, buy a tkt with Bangkok airwyas, i paid on line, 100 usd one way, I made a big mistake with air asia, to Phon Phen, because I spend a full day by bus from there to Siem Reap, tired, too hot, the road is in too bad conditions, also when we arrive to Phon Phen, it was very difficult to find a goog informatin about how to get the bus, so if you can spend 300 usd, dont doubt.
If you decide take a bus check with Mekong express, is 6/7 hours.
Good luck

It all depends on how much time you have to spend.
Personally I would say, take Air Asia from Bangkok to Phnom Penh & back, cost you the same as one way ticket Bangkok Siem Rieap.
2 flights a day, 7am & 04 pm. Retour 8.30 & 4.30 +/-
Stay in PP a couple days and visit the killing fields, S-21, the Royal Palace and more things.
The road to Siem Rieap is in perfect condition now, so don’t bother to take a bus but take an aircon taxi.
He will bring you there in +/- 4u. So if you leave at 7 am you will there before noon at 50$ all in at the front door of your hotel.
You can also stop then whenever you like and s long you like, restaurant, sanitary stop etc.
Have fun it’s an amazing and very friendly country.
You have to pay 20$ (or 1000 baht) for visa at the airport and 1 pass photo or 1$ extra.
There are also a lot off ATM machines in Cambodia nowadays, 3 or more at the airport itself .
Also don’t forget you have to pay airport tax(25$) when you leave Cambodia.
