Hi! I'm going to laoag with my family but we also want to visit the cobblestone st in vigan ata yun. how can we get there pls help

Partas busline has bus trips from Laoag to Vigan. 1-2 hours apart. Im not sure how much (100 or so) but it takes 2- 3 hours. From the bustop at Vigan you can take a trike to the Heritage Village (prepare around 50 - depends on how many people are riding)
