Torremolinos Travel Forum

i am going to torremolinos in feb and would like to know the best places to go and things to do.i know it will be very quiet at this time of year so im not expecting too much.
could anybody recommend any nice spanish bars or restaurants?
where are the best bars and clubs?

The best restaurant in Torremolinos is the Red Parrot ( www.theredparrot.net ).
It's English i know but it's great. The best bars & clubs are in Benalmadena at that time of year. Torremolinos is like a ghost town after dark in winter . You will enjoy the shops though down San Miguel street . Which hotel are you staying at ?

its terriblemolinos ugh, hire a car quick,benalmadenas is better,theres lots to see if you have a car usefull site analucia.com dont forget malaga easy to get to on the train or bus,i did a 3 month holiday in torremolinos ugh still i had a car for a while not so bad then

although quiet at night,on the san miguel which is the main street,you will find going down the step quto penas an excellant fish place,tapas and rationes,try the adobo,further up the stairs towards the top of the street ,you will find another excellant very friendly bar where the road is next to manchego clothes shop,very good resturant,with a big picture of don quixote on the wall,come out of the door and 20 yard up is another good bar on your left,seafood and tapas,to the top then with the mainroad in front of you,look left across the street and you will see another good tapas bar ,just a doorway and a sign,be careful of tourist bars and resturants they can be poor,if tou can find the hotel grigo mar,across the road under the hostal flores is the best seafood resturant in torremolinos,try the rosada ali oli,anyway get down to arroyo de la miel at nite,about 6 euros in a cab,ask anybrits for the hole in the wall,i think its called el diablo ,good food for 8 euros with free wine
