Airport to hotel so

Hi,

What is the cheapest and easist way for one person to hotel so? WHat would a taxi cost be?

This is very close to Christchurch airport & they even provide a free limo service if you book there. Is about a 10 min drive.

No, I am actually booked to stay in hotel so....but need to find the cheapest and easist way to get there :)

Hotel SO is in Cashel Street in the city centre.

If you arrive during the day the cheapest way is taking the regular Metro bus # 10 to Cashmere. You get off at the Bus Exchange and only have to walk about 200 metres to the hotel.

There is also a direct Airport shuttle to the city which does not stop on the way but this costs more. A ticket for the regular bus costs NZ$ 2.50.

A taxi ride to the city centre is about $ 35.

Yup..the direct Airport shuttle to the city is very convenient and cheap the earliest bus from the airport is 6am i think during weekdays and 7am during weekend. When we arrived ChCh airport it was already midnight, so we slept in the airport and the next morning we took the earliest bus to YMCA hotel.
