Considering there are amny taller than average Belgina women, surely they must shop SOMEWHERE. Will this be in Brussels by any chance?

I could not find any at Brussels, bit these 2 might be an option:

Big & Tall, Kruishuisstraat 69, B 2300 Turnhout
Piramide, Sint Jorispoort 29, B 2000 Antwerpen

Brussels is less than 2 hours from Maastricht in the Netherlands and the Dutch are, I believe, the tallest Europeans, so I would guess they go there if they really have a problem (or take the Eurostar to Long Tall Sally - or Marks & Spencer - in London). As it happens I don't believe there ARE that many taller-than-average Belgian women, I can't think of a single one of my acquaintance and when you do see a tall woman in Brussels I would guess she is more likely to be either a tourist or an expat, probably Scandinavian.
However, Du Vent dans les Voiles on the corner of rue B. Braffort and rue des Ménapiens (around the corner from rue des Tongres, Mérode metro) sells clothes that seem to me to be made for Valkyries. Also you can get British brand Jaeger in Inno, for longer-length trousers.

I am pretty tall and I also have long legs and arms... I buy most of my clothes in a little boutique in the Galleries Louise called Autre Chose. The clothes are a bit unconventional and the momen who work in the shop know their stock very well - they tend to dress me when I go in. Not cheap, but the clothes last for ever and they all wash well.

otherwise the main department store, Inno, has recently been taken over by a german company and they are now stocking a lot of clothes for taller women.

however, I have to say that, in central Europe, germany and the netherlands are certainly your best bet for affordable clothes for tall women.
