1. My schedule will arrive Terhan IKA airport at 4 am. I want to fly out to Shiraz or somewhere that morning without going to the Terhan city. Seems I can't get the Iran Air webpage nor get ticket online. Any suggestion? Also international and domestic same airport?

2. Is it easy to get airticket one day before flying off from the departing city? They usually take cash or credit card?

Domestic flights normally leave from Mehrabad Airport not IKA (but of course things can have changed since I was there) and there are several flights to Shiraz during the day.
I only bought one domestic flight ticket when I was in Iran. It was to Kish and I bought it only two days before departure. It had to be paid in cash. You can't use your bank cards in Iran (except at a very few places).

Unfortunately the domestic airport is still Mehrabad in Tehran, so you should go there to depart to Shiraz. At the moment, it is rather impossible to find a ticket to Shiraz on the same day. It's better to reserve it at least 4-5 days in advance.
