Hi,
You Could try The Grand sweets and snacks,at Gandhinagar Adyar. Also try Surya sweets in Abhiramapuram,(they allow you to taste a small sample before you buy in both these places)Ambika Appalam depots at various places like Mylapore,Adyar,Nanganallur are good for dried poppodams ,preserves and pickles. Adayar Anandha Bhavan is another good one.Sri Krishna sweets is one of the best(try their mysore pak) Most of the shops let you to taste a bit before you can decide,so have great fun. Have a FUNTASTIC!HOLIDAY, REGARDS, Vpas
