I will be staying in January in an hotel near the airport (Thon hotel), then will be heading to paris.. So I thought of having train from Airport to Paris (gare de lyon or even to train station near to Orly airport in paris)... I don't know if this possible or not.. actually budget is minimum.. :)

A train ticket would be 82 euro (TGV, advance reservations).
You could try the bus www.eurolines.com

The train from Brussels would arrive Gare du Nord in Paris.
The bus would be cheaper but longer (and arriving either in Bagnolet or in La Défense)

Thon Hotel is not at, but near Brussels Airport, it has a free shuttle to the airport Mon-Fri only, from 06:00 till 23:00 hrs. There is a railway station below the airport where you can catch a train to Gare du Midi and change there for the Thalys to Paris (you can buy train ticket all the way to Paris at the Airport). From Bruxelles-Midi there are trains to both Paris-Nord and CDG (Roissy), but not to Orly so you will have to go to either Gare du Nord and then take the RER to Châtelet and change onto RER B for Orly; or take the CDG train (10:21, 11:10) and then the Air France shuttle bus from there, which leaves every 30 mins and costs €16. Unfortunately both trains are TGV so expensive.

P.S. If you want to get the bus to Paris, you still need to take the train into Brussels but get off at Gare du Nord, the Eurolines buses start from there at ground level next to the station, connected with the bus station below the railway station. They have an office there where you can buy tickets but for timetable and prices for your date of travel see
https://webapp.eurolines.be/Eurolines/ssl_index.asp.
You will of course have to leave plenty of time because the bus takes 4 hours (Thalys train takes 1h22) and it would be best to get off at La Défense as there is an Orlyval bus from there to Orly; otherwise you can take metro line 1 to Champs-Elysées-Clémenceau then change to metro line 13 to Montparnasse for the Air France bus. If you get off at Gallieni (Bagnolet) you can take metro line 3 to Strasbourg St. Denis then change to to line 4 for either Montparnasse, for the Air France bus, or Denfert-Rochereau, for another Orlyval bus; or change at République onto line 5 to Austerlitz for the train to Orly.
Unfortunately you are travelling from an airport North of Brussels to one which is South of Paris!

PPS Sorry Denfert-Rochereau bus is Orlybus (run by RATP), not Orlyval, which is in fact a combination of RER plus driverless train and also starts from Châtelet-les-Halles; and I forgot to mention what is supposed to be the cheapest option (€5) which is Jetbus from metro station Villejuif-Louis Aragon on line 7 (from Galliéni change at Opéra) plus you can also catch the Air France bus (€8) at Invalides (on RER C and metro line 8).
Anyway, you have to start be deciding where you will arrive in Paris from Brussels, i.e. Gare du Nord or CDG by train, or Galliéni or La Défense by bus.
