can anybody tell me what hotel centar is like,and is it near the centre of town. |

Hi,
I do not know the hotel but googled it: http://www.skopjehotels.com.mk/sodrzini.php?idMeni 200 meters from the main city shopping center; 500 meters from the Old Turkish Bazaar and main historical sites; 150 meters from the national Parliament; 250 meters from the central city square So it is pretty much in the center.
