I am planning to come shimla on 28th Dec........and want to enjoy snow and snow sports......Can anyone tell me if ther is snow in shimla/kufri right now |

Presumably you have a hotel/hostel/someplace reservation where you will be staying. As a paying guest, have you asked them what the up-to-the-minute snow conditions are? That might be the best place to start.
