Hi, do you know the earliest the bus picks up people from varadero to Havana. (how long is the trip). I will be arriving at the varadero international airport(cuba) at 5:20 AM. I need to get to Havana as soon as I can. Please advised.

There is a Varadero-Havana bus at 8 AM, and other about 11:25 AM...anyway, check this: http://www.viazul.cu/asp/reserva/ruta.aspx?id=20

I may as well post in this thread since it's basically the same topic.
I may arrive in varadero after noon and so, are there any other forms of public transport to get to havana after those 2 buses have left or will i have to find somewhere to stay in varadero and then leave the next day? Gracias.

Get a taxi(more expensive)...or find a Hotel.
Acua Azul Hotel is good for a night, around 30 CUC I think.
