| Buffalo | Crossing the border Posted: Sun December 16, 2007 04:42 PM UTC
I plan on crossing into Buffalo on New Years Day from Canada for the Winter Classic game. Does anyone have an idea how long it will take crossing the border? I'm worried that since it's a holiday it may take longer than it normally would.

Hi.. Depending on which bridge you intend to cross your time could vary greatly. Lately, it seems that the Peace Bridge or Rainbow Bridge would be your best choice. Lewiston Queenston seems to always back up.
You can probably figure on anywhere from 15 mins to 1.5 hours, especially if many from Canada are coming down for the game. Best bet is to leave early.
