If you're not leaving the transit area and your luggage is checked through to India, then you don't need a visa for Qatar. You'll get your boarding pass for the connecting flight at the transit desk.

be sure than ur air arabia ticket has a code share agreement with qatar airways, or has agreed to sell u the ticket together. In other words, ur tickets are just in one iterinary, or one booking, not separate. Now, if u purchased ur tickets separately, then ur in trouble since you need to clear immigration to retrieve ur luggage. If you dont have check in luggage, then u will just go to transfer desk and ask for your Qatar boarding pass.

If your tickets were book separately(Air Arabia/Qatar no code sharing i think?), you need to tell them and show your tickets to the staff at the check in counter that you are on transit to India. They will then input these in the computer that you are a transit passenger to India via Qatar Airways and inform the Doha airport staff about you. As soon a you land you will here a call for transit passengers and they will tell what to do...

Different airports may have different system....but this will be not be far from what you will got through...
