I only have the general tips for you: It may be quite cold outside and heated inside. Do put your baby in warm enough clothes. Use layers (better than just 1 or 2 thick layers) and don't forget to take some layers off when you go inside, babies are bad at regulating their own temperature and while they will show you that they have cold, they won't do that when they overheat.

I found it in the german part of this webpage :
www.jungfrau.ch that small children are not able to get accustomed to the diff. airpressures in high altitudes and get that bad feeling in the ears, so it makes sense to have them drink something and they will feel better, when swallowing !

one more thing : small children should not sleep / spend the night in altitudes higher than 2500 meters, Jungfrau is more than 3000 meters and even though you can sleep there only after a long hike to Mönchstalhütte, it might be good to know also for other higher mountains in Switzerland !

I does not sound wise to me at all to take an infant up there, especially not in winter - first because of the altitude (3.400 m), second because of the icy cold you'll meet up there.
Besides, fixing a date is a risk. Check out weather conditions and have a plan B at hand. If the weather is not clear it's not worth going up at all. Better be more flexible.
