If i undertood the question you mean any vaccines requirements to enter Peru.
I did travel to peru from Malta staying for 15 days and did not require any vaccines. If you mean taking vaccines only as precaution than its something else.

Hola Queto,
Yep, you don't need anything to come in to the country, but remember if you go to the lower jungle areas (Puerto Maldonado, Iquitos, Pucallpa) a yellow fever vaccination is recommended! Enjoy!

Nobody will ask anything, not even the orange/yellow card from the UN.
But for your safety - yellow vaccine is a good thing. Tetanus also. Precaution to malaria, if you will descend into the Amazonas area. (Consider the value of the pills against repellents). Take some antibiotics with you also. Azitromicina highly reccomended. Antibiotic creme is available (ants). Rely also on domestic and natural medicine (not chamanes, but chemicals). Mike65

As others said, no vaccines are required to enter Peru, but the following are recommended:
Typhoid Yellow Fever Hep A and B (to get full benefit, you'll want to start these shots early) Rabies Tetanus If going to jungle, malaria medicine is recommended. I've heard that Malerone is better than others such as Larium. I've taken Larium and it caused insomnia so I've got a prescription for Malerone this time and will see how it goes. Also, if you want an all purpose drug for various infections, you could get a prescription for Cipro as well. By the way, you may want to check with your insurance on these if applicable. I have Blue Cross and they cover all but Yellow Fever and Typhoid which I am getting cheaper at a local travel clinic. See the CDC website for specifics: http://wwwn.cdc.gov/travel/destinationPeru.aspx
