| Chile | Thermas Quinamavida Spa Posted: Wed December 12, 2007 09:57 PM UTC
We were planning on spending a couple of days at the hotel at the Thermas Quinamavida Spa until I read about it in the Rough Guide to Chile. They said it was populated by mostly people in their 80's and the food was prepared for people with dentures. Well we are in our 60's but we don't want to hang out with only people in their 80's and we certainly don't want denture food. If anyone has been to the spa and can tell us about it we would appreciate it very much. Oh they also said that the rooms were old and tired and somewhat run down. The pictures on the Internet look lovely so what's the deal? Is the place falling apart and suitable only for those whose eyesight is failing or is it really a lovely place where we would enjoy a restful relaxing time of pampering? Help! Carolyn
