I've a severe snake-phobia and heard that there are poison snakes like cobra on the similan island...is that true? have any one saw any snakes on one of the 9 islands before?

Hmm, where did you read about cobras on the Similans. I've visited several times and have encountered poisonous sea snakes [the black and white stripped ones] but no cobras.

Well, I was there 3-4 years ago and I saw a sign on the walk way to the beach through the forest (I can't remember which of the nine island it was, and it say that cobras live in that forest...So, I'm so afraid to spend the night there...
P.S. does anybody know where I can book the bagalow on the island? KNS

Isn't it that only island Nr.4 offers National Park bungalows?

That's what I heard...
does anyone know which bungalow number has the best view? Had anyone stay their before? How was the room? Was it ok?
