What is the best/quickest mode of public transportation from Nimes to Avignon?

The best and quickest way is by train, long distance busses don't seem to exist in France. look on sncf.com for times and fares. The union flag icon,for english language, is right at the bottom of the page

It's only 44 km from Nime to Avignon. There must be a bus, perhaps checking the Nimes, Marseilles or Avignon web sites would give you a bus link.

Train would probably be quicker though.
