I understand there's a jewelry supply district/street in Tel Aviv and I'm trying to find the name of the street, as well as names of jewelry suppliers, specifically for the purchase of Swarovski crystals, for when I visit.

When mentioning Swarovski crystals, two names pop in my mind - Imperial shop and GRAS.
Imperial shop is a family jewelry working with various crystals, and afaik Swarovski’s as well. Imperial shop is located in the humble Central - South part of Tel-Aviv, on 45 Dereh Yafo (Jaffa Road) - that's near the intersection with Allenby Street, tel.03-5660004 and 5669887, website www.imperal.co.il (Hebrew only - but maybe you are an Israeli, I couldn’t figure it out from your VT home page, which is a kind of sparse!?).
GRAS is at the opposite side of the scale: one of the largest jewelry chains in Israel, offering afaik Swarovski crystal jewelry as well. They do have 2 branches in Tel Aviv centre and an English website - www.gras.co.il/eng

try AVGAD is also near Allemby Hahashmal area - I know they are Swarowsky suppliers - I found their site for you http://www.avgad.co.il/english/default.asp
