Highly recommend to you to visit the Victoria Resort in Hoi An, they have the best cooking class. This resort is JV between Vietnam & France and the food here is excellent.

In May this year we did the Red Bridge cooking class and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience - market tour, river cruise to the school, the school and the lunch. Very reasonable price, too!
