Weather's much less dependable nowadays, but you still have a fair chance that there'll be snow in Zakopane and a middling one for Nowy Targ. March's generally the worst time of the year (together with Nov/Dec) weatherwise, the trees're still bare, plus slush or mud everywhere and 4 often seasons in a single day.

It should be snow (97% guarantee:-)on the ground in these cities, and the best season for skiing in Tatry.March is much nicer than Nov/Dec for me.The temperature around zero .It may be sunshine, snow or rain.Strong and warm wind is ocasionally possible

You can expect every kind of wather, from blizard to nice spring sun....but whatever the weather, Zakopane is a place to be. There is no bad weather in Zakopane. It is a magical place.
