| Saint Petersburg | Train or Bus from Airport to Hotel Posted: Wed December 5, 2007 03:05 AM UTC
Hi!
I will be in St. Petersburg on Dec. 26 for a few days. Is it possible to take a bus/shuttle/train from the airport to the city? I am staying at the Rennassaince St.Petersburg Baltic Hotel located at Pochtamtskaya Str. 4 Thanks! |

Have a look at this earlier discussion. I think this answers your question. I would also say that the same would apply to your moscow question as well

for the airport, there is nice option to have airport suttle bus that goes to the nearest metro station as well as to the central part of the city (Pushkinskaya metro station). look at www.airportexpress.ru to check the time service (English is available)
Wow, location is great. it is near of Isakievsky Cathedral and centrally located, in some minutes by walk from Nevsky Prospekt and other main attractions of the city. but i use metro usually in StP and your hotel is not near of metro stations at all. if you're first time in the city, I think it will be better to have a taxi (check rates in Rennassaince Hotel).
