The distance from Jerusalem to Tel-Aviv is 60 km. If you have a car and there is no traffic it takes about 45 minutes. There are plenty of buses you can take. The fastest lines will be either Egged line 405 (takes 0:54 hours) to Tel-Aviv central bus station, or Egged line 480 (takes 1:03 hours) to the Arlozorov train station bus terminal (closer to central Tel-Aviv).
From Tel-Aviv to Nazareth, assuming you don't rent a car, you can take Egged bus line 826 from either the central bus station or the Arlozorov train station bus terminal. The bus is a little more than 2 hours. There is bus every hour (it leaves the central bus station at 8:00, 9:00, 10:00, etc.) If you drive a rental car and needs directions, you can go to http://www.emap.co.il/English. Details about Egged buses you can find at http://www.egged.co.il/Eng.
