Hi Linda, I don't know about facelifts at Bangkok Hospital in Pattaya, but if you're interested in coming to the Bangkok Hospital in Phuket, I can definitely give it the thumbs up. (Not that I've had a facelift).
I have been in the Bangkok Phuket Hospital, and it's fantastic. I had my mouth torn open last year and had 50 stitches. My plastic surgeon was amazing. He was dealing with another Perth patient at the same time, whom I ended up meeting. She'd had two botched tummy tucks in Perth, along with some problems with liposuction there. My doctor did her operation, along with a breast reduction and lift. She was then, and still is now (I have seen her again in Perth), absolutely ecstatic with the results. He is highly skilled and builds an exceptional relationship with his patients. If you're interested, I can give you his details.

I forgot to add that he also did her liposuction and corrected the previous problems she'd had.
I would much rather have any kind of surgery or treatment in a Thai hospital (been in two - one as an out-patient) than in Australia.

As my face is only 2 stories high I don't feel it warrants a lift

Hello,
I am going for a facelift and neck lift this coming March 2008. The air fairs are lower then. I have a price list below and Background on a few Doctors. I am going with my husband and my bother. My brother has been to Pattaya many times. He has a hotel picked out for us which he likes and is not too costly. It also has a safe in the room for your passport. http://www.pattayaexpatsclub.com/hospitalcosts.htm Feel free to write me. Crobi

Thankyou for all your responses. Op is booked next week for my partner and he is there now. So I will let you know how it goes. But I totally agree the Thai hospitals are of an excellent standard compared to Australian hospitals. On our last visit my partner became ill and he had to stay for a few days and I could not believe the wonderful treatment and service he received.
