Official city website in English

Strange but Jeddah city official site http://www.jeddah.gov.sa/ is only in Arabic. For such a cosmopolitan city it's really strange - contrary to Riyadh which have English version. Maybe I missed something and there is English site with comprehensive information about Jeddah?

Alright, I know that and I read a lot here about Jeddah. But main point was a bit different - here are traveller reports and impressions but I was wondering about lack an OFFICIAL information. Even Riyadh City Council English page had plenty of interesting things for foreigners and I supposed Jeddah is by far busier destination.
