There are buses every day to Warsaw. But you might want to take the train. It is about 10 hours either way.
The bus company website is down right now. Send an e-mail to office@toks.lt and ask for time of that bus and cost. The company is TOKS.lt Also look at www.litrail.lt-kelEN.nsf for train times. I looked and there is 2 trains a day. One is # 193/91002 at 11:00 and second one is # 27 at 22:00. But before you make reservation you should make sure neither one goes thru Belarus as they charge a transit visa. I do not think they do, but it would be best to check. It is about 8 hours by train. I think about 10 by bus. And in that area, trains are usually cheaper than a bus.

BTW, In vilnius, the train station is across the square from the Autobus station. 200 meters apart. Train Station = Gelezinkelia Stotis
Bus Station = Autobus Stotis

The night train is not train, but bustitution. I wrote the story in the Warszawa posting. Anyway, it's 22 Euro and it's a "train" in spirit only, temporarily materialised as bus.
The daytime train does exist but there is no boogie change anymore, only train change at the border. Until the derailment of the train having SUW-2000 boogies in Ukraina is fully investigated (don't hold your breath back!), SUW-2000 is banned in all ex-CCCP.
