Isla Patagonia Travel Forum

This island does not exist in any map. Maybe is part of the Atlantida.
I suppose it is the Isla de Tierra del Fuego.

which place? real patagonia is very big... and many attractive places

Gianpiero and I have discussed about this, is a small and rock island far from the Patagonia (which is a region). People have found this forum, and they use it to ask questions about Magallanes region (Chile) and Ushuaia (Argentina). Both form part of the Tierra del Fuego island. The Isla Patagonia is an inhabitated island, with no tourist servicies, and no people living there.I question the point of having a forum which make people post things here about Patagonia o Magallanes.

I also notice you have the option of La Reina for posting questions in the Chile forum. La Reina is a suburb in Santiago. I wonder who chose, and named, the destinations?

este pagina incluye o excluye lugares con poco criterio. Me estas contando el caso de un barrio en Santiago. Por otro lado, Gianpiero me ha defendido en el pasado que debe figurar Fitz Roy: una montaña, no una localidad. Le he escrito en el pasado que la gente que quiere subir a esta montaña no se aloja o come en la montaña (mas que en su carpa) pero ciertamente usa como base a El Chalten, que no es un pueblo fantasma sino que es real, con cerca de 1500 habitantes fijos, con todos los servicios. Para esta web, El Chalten no existe, pero si existe la Isla Patagonia. Entiendo que ellos manejan un monton de lugares, pero podrian aceptar que algunos foros merecen revision, al menos para que la gente no se confunda cuando postea algo.
