I've been almost two months in Stavanger attending a Management Curse and need to send back some stuff to my country (Venezuela) since I have excess luggage and by plane it can be REALLY expensive! Could you please help me to find the cheapest way to ship a box with books and some cloths?

a couple of years ago we send something with boat....it took ages but was cheap(it was within norway )...maybe find out if there is boats going between norway and your destinastion

Cheapest probably would be postal. If they have United Parcel Service there, they probably would be the quickest. They do shipping by plane, at least in this part of the world. Gary

Are you sure you do not have the 2 pcs system (2 pieces of luggage, max 30-something kg each) to Venezuela? I thought the Trans-Atlantic routes would all accommodate this system, not only North America. Then, this would be valid for your connecting flights in Norway, too. I recently travelled to Rio and there was the 2 pcs system.
