As far as I know they have "real" shops also...In France they do..if am not wrong

I can't remember whether it was La Redoute or Trois Suisses who once had a shop on rue Neuve, Brussels' main shopping street, but whichever it was, the experiment didn't last long. They are both essentially mail order catalogues, of course these days online.

They had their shop in "La Rue Neuve " in Brussels , and it went away about 6 years ago , just before Marks and Spencer stopped !!! It is now the W.E. shop who is on this spot
