Nice and comfortable Guesthouse at Siem Reap

I will be in Cambodia end of this month and is looking for some good guesthouse that offers double rooms with aircon and attached bathrooms at reasonable price. Any suggestions? (price range USD10-15)

More of a non-recommendation. I stayed in the Capital Guesthouse in Phnom Penh and I would say there must be beter places to stay (but it does have good travel services). I've heard good reports about the Walkabout Guesthouse, which should fit your requirements.
In Siem Reap Ivy right in the centre of town by the Old Market is supposed to be pretty good.

I stayed in a place that pretty much fits your description - the Funan Angkor Palace - it cost me 15 dollars a night but I didn't attempt to bargain it down. I wrote it up - see:

I stayed at the home sweet home guesthouse. 12 dollars per night. excellent. aircon, very clean , best place i stayed at in all of cambodia.
