For a dinner (but for a lunch, with a single dish if you want)
In casual order Trattoria San Rocchetto La Greppia Trattoria da Ugo Giulietta e Romeo Il Duca Filippini (in Piazza Erbe) La Pergola For a quick lunch try the wide selection of "crostini" (slices of bread topped with an infinity of things, tapas-like) of Leon D'oro near the sinagogue. Or most of the bars... Ciao Francesco

If you're looking for something very special then don't miss Ristorante 12 Apostoli. This is world renowned and certainly worth a visit for dinner.
Ask to be taken for a visit to the cantina and Roman ruins under the restaurant.

Osteria del Bugiardo at Corso Portoni Borsari 10. Great wine bar with food.
