hi guys
we,re going on our honeymoon in jan and we,re going back to had yao and i wondering does any body know any thing about construction that is going on on had yao beach

We were at Haad Yao in october. On one side of the beach (actually just off the beach) a complex was obviously expanding. But it shouldn't bother you too much if you're not on that side (if you are, you have 7 days a week the nice sound of construction...). It was on our side of the beach but actually it didn't bother me too much since i hear it back home (Burma) every day for the last 6 months since they're building something right next door to us. Anyway, i think the place that was expanding is the most expansive resort on the beach. Don't remember the name though. If you happen to end up there and it does bother you, ask for the refund and move somewhere else. Easy to do, there are many beaches to choose from.
