I have quite a number of old kuwaitis dinar notes . Can it be used ? Where can i getokd exchange to New Kuwaitis Dinars. ?

You can not exchange em with new dinnars...just because the deadline had passed loooong time agoooo.....it's been almost over ten years since they've changed the currency....where were ya :)??
