HI THERE MY HUSBAND AND I ARE COMING TO SAMUI IN THE MIDDLE OF FEB FOR 2 WEEKS. CAN ANYONE TELL ME IF THEY HAVE STAYED AT THE PAVILLION SAMUI BOUTIQUE RESORT? ALSO CAN ANYONE RECOMMEND A GOOD PLACE WHERE WE CAN GET A GOOD SPA DAY AND HOW MUCH WOULD IT COST? LAST OF ALL MY HUBBY WOULD LIKE TO TAKE A TRIP ON THE ELEPHANTS, HAS ANYONE DONE THIS, WHAT DOES IT COST AND IS IT WORTH IT? THANKS IN ADVANCE DI

lol, seems ur keyboard capslock is workin well.It looks rude in the internet world, capital letters are annoying(refrain from it next time).
Well, Pavillion Samui Resort is one that I can recommend, its a beautiful place, with outstanding services, its worth what u paid for. FOr elephant trekking, it doesnt cost you a fortune, though its not a famous activity in Southern Thailand, its more popular in the North...

There are many places which have a good spa like Eranda, Mata Hari, Four Seasons and others. It depends on the type of treatment you like and of course, the price you are willing to pay. Typically spas from these places are about 1,500 baht upwards.
My husband and I have taken a trip on the elephants on Samui when we were on holiday here. And I can say that we enjoyed ourselves, especially my husband where he managed to get the front seat - on the elephant head!! The costs is very reasonable. You can signup for a half day or one day safari trip and it will cost you less than 2,000 baht per person.
