Garmisch-Partenkirchen Skiing in Garmisch-Partenkirken

Hello - We are planning a ski trip to the Garmisch-Partenkirken area with some friends visiting from the states. Can anyone tell me what the skiing in like in early-mid December?

We are also looking for a hotel or apartment for 4 adults and a small child.

Thank you for any suggestions!

You can look at the following site for a hotel, actually, several are listed on this site: http://www.rosengarten-garmisch.de, if you use the Google search engine, when the links come up, just click on "translate this page". A site that gives weather conditions, and has webcams as well, can be found at: http://www.weather-forecast.com. For ski conditions: http://www.snow-forecast.com. Gary
