Tough one-there is a race course at Tanjung Aru and the Bajau people are (or were) accomplished riders found mainly at the Papar/Kota Belud area but we don't ride horses for fun really. Your best bet would be to contact the Sabah Tourism Promotion Board (STPC) - google it. Mind you, some resorts might have the option.
