Hi Keggler,
You can try checking the net for the schedule of Delta ferries or check out mysiquijor.com for useful info regarding the island. I just came from Dumaguete. Earliest trip to Siquijor is 6am via Delta fastcraft. The latest return trip is 3pm. Fare is 160 pesos one way. Hope this helps!
