Hi all,
I'm Kim frm S'wak planning to visit Melaka for 1 day trip. I'll be staying in KL. Can anyone tell me how is the cheapest way to travel around Melaka in a group of 8? The places tat I may visit r as in the website http://www.melaka.net/map_of_melaka.htm |

Hi!
The places that you plan to visit are doable on foot as most of them are located within the city's historical precint. Alternatively, since there'll be 8 person in your group maybe you can consider hiring a van with driver from KL for the transfer to Melaka and the sighseeing (this is not the cheapest alternative). Check with the hotel receptions for details of the transfer/sightseeing details. -m-

I checked some sites regarding van rental.. 2 expensive compare to using a bus. I tin I'll take d bus.. can either walk in the city o use "beca". I c frm the map, bukit Cina is quite far frm the city.. probably hv 2 gv up the plan of trying the Satay Celup there.

hmm..dun have friends from melaka? 8 of u are a big group though..
satay celup at bukit cina? u mean Capitol Satay Celup? it's not far from Equatorial hotel through a small alley next to this hotel (1 way road, road sign going to jalan banda kaba) u can ask the beca uncle, they will know.. enjoy :D
