I will be traveling with someone in a wheel chair. How easily accessible is the liberty bell for the handicap?

Philadelphia For accessibility questions to NPS sites

Go to www.NPS.Gov, and from there to the specific place you're visiting. From there, do a search for "accessible" on "This site" (search is in the upper left side of the page). For the Liberty Bell, you'll find this PDF file:

It is in a building that only has a ground level entrance so there isn't any problem to see the bell.
